ラゲッジトレイ

 

新しい車のラゲッジスペースにはマットがない。

絨毯はさすがに貼ってあるが、その下はモロにボディ。

荷物を載せることを前提にしているとは思えない。

僕は釣りのタックルを頻繁に積むのでこれではダメ。

結構汚すのでマットを敷く程度でもダメ。

砂ジャリジャリになるので定期的に外して掃除できるトレイが欲しい。

勿論防水仕様で。

ということでまたDIY

いろいろ考えた結果、プラダンとコインマットで作ることにした。

コストは2,000円程度。

先ずは型を抜きます。

ラゲッジスペースは手前側(バンパー側)のみ湾曲しているのですが左右対象ではないので実際に紙を当てて型を作ります。

で、型の通りプラダンを切断。

歪に見えますが、実際にラゲッジスペースの端っこのラインがそうなのでこうなる。

 試しにはめてみると、ぴったり、隙間なし。

いいのではないでしょうか。 

それとトレイなので端を高くします。

プラダンは加工が容易なので便利。

後はコインマットをプラダンの形に合わせて切断し上から敷きます。

この隙間のなさが完成度を高めている。

良い出来だと思います。

製作時間は2時間くらい。

汚れを気にせずにラゲッジスペースが使えるようになりました。
