本来は鶏肉の茹で汁で米を炊くのですが、そのへんをスルーした簡単なレシピ。
【材料】
- 鳥モモ肉 200g
- ごはん 200g
- ナンプラー 適量
- 黒胡椒 適量
- 酒 適量
- セロリ ５cm
- 醤油 適量
- ごま油 適量
- おろしニンニク
- おろしショウガ
- お酢 適量
- 砂糖 適量
- 鶏ガラスープの素 適量
- モヤシ １袋
- 水菜 １束
鶏肉はホークでメッタ刺しする。
ボールの中でナンプラー、酒、黒胡椒を和えてからルクエに入れ8分チン。
セロリのみじん切り、醤油、ごま油、ニンニク、ショウガ、お酢、砂糖、鶏ガラスープの素を混ぜてソースを作る。
モヤシを1分茹でて水気を切る。
水菜、モヤシ、鶏肉の順に重ねて皿に盛り、ソースをかけて完成。
簡単、短時間調理にしてはまあまあの出来。
