今週末行われるスポーツイベントで注目しているもの。
1年前であれば、カネロの勝利の可能性は極めて少なかったであろうマッチアップ。
今のタイミングであれば、50−50とまでは言わないけど、
カネロにも大いにチャンスがあると思われている。
ゴロフキンはピークを過ぎて下り坂だという見方をすればだ。
本当にそうか?
いざゴングが鳴り中盤あたりまでラウンドが消化しないとわからない。
カネロがいつもの真っ正直なファイトスタイルで行くのかどうか?ゴロフキン相手に。
ケル・ブルックは愚直にGGGに立ち向かい、まずまずの攻防をやってみせた。
カネロがゲームプランに基づいた戦術重視のファイトをするとは考えにくいので結局はゴロフキンの土俵での戦いをすることになるのだろうか?
本来のウェイトが違う二人の相対的なパワーバランスはどうなのだろう?
なんだか不透明な気がする。
そういう意味で予想しにくい楽しみがあるね。

そしてゴロフキンが意外な脆さを見せる予感もわずかにある。
まあ普通に単純に考えればゴロフキンが勝つと思うが、
カネロがウィナーコールを受けても多分驚かないと思う。
