さすがにこれだけ気温が上がるとチャリに乗りたくなってくる。
やっと僕のチャリンコシーズンが来たと言いたいところだが、
体力不足を懸念している。
まったくトレーニングをしていない。
トレーナーも使ってないし、
ちょいと体脂肪率も上がってるし。
足と心肺ができるのに今夏は時間がかかりそう。
気温35℃の中とりあえずチャリで走ってみたいコースの下見に行ってきました。
熱函道路（旧道）。
お手頃ヒルクライムですが、登ったら２０号を経由して芦ノ湖手前で国一に合流、
ダウンヒルして帰って来るコース。
熱函は車が少なくて良いのではないかと思っていた。
エアコン嫌いなのでOFFにして窓全開で走っています。
BGMの音がボヤけているのはそのため。
