- サラダに!まめ 1袋
- ビアソーセージ 5枚
- マヨネーズ 適量
- ガラムマサラ 適量
- 醤油 適量
- オリーブオイル 適量
- 鶏がらスープの素 適量
冷凍カボチャをルクエに入れオリーブオイルと鶏がらスープの素を降り5分チン。
解凍したカボチャを1.5cm角に刻み豆と刻んだビアソーセージといっしょにボールに入れ、マヨネーズと醤油で和えます。
ガラムマサラをやや多めにふりかけて出来上がり。
ちょっとエスニックな感じで良い出来でした。
