２シーズン使ったBLUESTORMの水漏れが補修だけではカバーできなくなった。
で、今年マイナーチェンジしたリトルプレゼンツを購入。
以前使用していたことがあり、製品寿命と使用ダメージのサイクルが読めることとサイズ感がわかっていることで無難な選択をした次第。
新調したウェダーはソックスがやや窮屈なこと以外特に不満はない。
このくらいの価格帯（グレード）のウェーダーに高望みをしてはいけない。
ある程度デメがあるのは織り込み済み。
まあ、消耗品と割り切れば国内ブランドのロングセラーは機能性やデザインや耐久性に関してはほぼ及第点だけどね。
さて、これで水漏れを気にせずに釣りできるが、ブーツもそろそろ交換時期かもしれない。
あと１シーズンは履き倒すつもりだったが、渓を歩くと消耗が激しいようだ。
うーん、新しい釣りを始めるといろいろとコストが嵩む。
支流で釣りしていて気付いた。
わさび田がとんでもない場所にあることを。
生産者の都合（アクセスしやすさ）を無視し、わさびの栽培に適した環境かどうかを優先しているのだろう。
なるほど質の良い山葵の単価が高いわけだ。
